1 Introduction

Welcome to jkt8, an online entertainment platform accessible at https://jkt8.click (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jkt8 ("we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the Platform and all related services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the jkt8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all persons accessing the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account created by a registered user on the jkt8 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held in a Member's account at any given time, comprising real-money and bonus funds as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific campaign that carry wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Games" means all slots, live dealer tables, sports markets, bingo, poker, lottery and other entertainment products available via the Platform from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of valid identification documents, proof of address and other materials requested by jkt8.
• "Payment Method" means any MYR transaction channel accepted by jkt8, including but not limited to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay.
• "Platform" means the jkt8 website, all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages and any applications operated under the jkt8 brand.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered on eligible Games before it may be withdrawn.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a jkt8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of access.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are prohibited or require a licence not held by jkt8.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of jkt8 or any affiliated company, unless expressly permitted in writing.
5. You do not already hold an active or suspended jkt8 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or representative of any third party.
7. You are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement on the jkt8 Platform or any related network.

4 Account Registration and KYC

Registration on jkt8 requires the submission of accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

jkt8 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following:

• A valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport or driving licence;
• A proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonus activation may be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Verification decisions are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of complete document submission, subject to review complexity.

Members are responsible for the security of their account credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time security codes with any other person. You must notify jkt8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All monetary transactions on the jkt8 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions govern all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified by the applicable payment method or promotional terms.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jkt8 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated in a separate written policy.
• Processing times are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary due to payment provider maintenance windows or bank processing schedules.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method previously used to deposit, or another verified method in the Member's own name, subject to jkt8 approval.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before a withdrawal containing those funds is approved.
• jkt8 reserves the right to conduct additional security and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jkt8 may offer promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback and other incentives to eligible members from time to time. All promotions are governed by specific promotion terms that supplement and, where in conflict, override these general Terms.

Key conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer, specific slots, sports markets) may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Maximum bet restrictions: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet limit per round or wager may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active bonus may be in operation per account at any given time.

jkt8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion or breach of these Terms.

7 Gameplay and Wagering Rules

All games available on jkt8, including slots, live dealer tables, sports markets and other categories, are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game environment. Members are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before placing any wager.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market. These limits may differ between games, member tiers and promotional periods.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, for live dealer titles, by the physical outcome of a real-time game event. jkt8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or software error, jkt8 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return any real-money stakes wagered on those rounds.
• Sports market settlement is governed by the rules displayed within the applicable sports section. Markets may be voided, settled early or subject to revision where results are disputed or where an event is abandoned.
• Members accept that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that past performance provides no indication of future results.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkt8 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using false, stolen or fabricated identity documents during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or payment systems;
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches or bonus loopholes for financial gain;
• Colluding with other members or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in Games, particularly in poker or live dealer formats;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the associated funds for wagering;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Reproducing, scraping or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from jkt8.

9 Responsible Gambling

jkt8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. Gambling should always remain a leisure activity within pre-defined personal limits. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to support Members in managing their play.

Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to make use of available responsible gambling resources and to contact jkt8 support to discuss available options. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jkt8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jkt8 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or published without the prior written consent of jkt8.

The jkt8 name, logo and all related branding elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkt8 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

jkt8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including wagering on sports markets, casino games or other categories;
• Losses resulting from account compromise caused by a Member's failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers, network outages or scheduled maintenance;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits jkt8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jkt8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

jkt8 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• At the Member's own request, including self-exclusion requests under responsible gambling provisions;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon closure, any real-money funds confirmed as legitimately owned by the Member, after deduction of applicable wagering requirements and any outstanding obligations, will be returned via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jkt8 is operated and licensed. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact jkt8 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism designated by jkt8's operating jurisdiction before commencing any formal legal proceedings. Details of the applicable mechanism will be provided upon request through official support channels.
